Ayushmann requests Doordarshan not to change its logo

Actor Ayushmann Khurrana has tweeted, "Please don't change the Doordarshan logo. It represents my childhood." His statement comes after recent reports of Doordarshan planning on changing its logo to create something youthful, which will appeal to "children of liberalization". Doordarshan has been sporting the current logo since its inception in 1959.
