Azad's resignation letter might be authored by someone else: DK Shivakumar

Congress leader DK Shivakumar has said that Ghulam Nabi Azad's resignation letter might have been "authored" by "someone else in another party". "If you see the first two pages [of Azad's resignation letter], he has only written about the number of positions...in the last 47 years that the Congress party has given him," Shivakumar said.
