Azerbaijan VP is wife of President, hope Usha doesn't get any ideas: US VP Vance

US Vice President JD Vance hinted at running for 2028 Presidency during visit to Azerbaijan. While referring to Azerbaijan President Ilham Aliyev's wife Mehriban Aliyeva, Vance joked, "The Vice President of Azerbaijan is also the President's wife...And hopefully that doesn't give the Second Lady Usha any ideas." In 2017, Aliyev created the position of Vice President and appointed his wife.
