B'desh bans student wing of Hasina's party under anti-terror law

Bangladesh's interim government has banned Bangladesh Chhatra League, student body of ex-PM Sheikh Hasina's party under an anti-terrorism law. The government announced this decision while citing the involvement of the student body in violent attacks on the student protests that led to the ouster of Sheikh Hasina. Hasina fled Bangladesh in August, marking the end to her 15-year-long administration.
