B'desh plans to buy Chinese jets used by Pak during conflict with India: Report

Bangladesh plans to buy 24 Chinese J-10CE fighter jets for $2.2 billion, a Moneycontrol report said. The J-10CE can reach speeds close to Mach 1.8 and can carry around 5,600 kilograms of weapons. The proposed package includes aircraft, training, maintenance, logistics and long-term support. The same jets were deployed by Pakistan during the conflict with India in May 2025.
