BharatAgri CEO Siddharth Dialani said he spent ₹2,700 from his own pocket to repair a broken footpath near his residential society in Bengaluru’s Koramangala. He said he had complained to BBMP, emailed authorities, raised a ticket and contacted its WhatsApp helpline but received no response. "Parents with strollers and senior citizens can use it conveniently," Dialani added.
