B'luru-based founder slams Bombay Shaving Company over inbox spam, calls it 'disgusting'

A Bengaluru-based entrepreneur recently criticised the grooming brand Bombay Shaving Company for spamming his WhatsApp inbox "nine times in a day". "This was really annoying and disgusting to get repeated notifications and spam from a brand in a day," he said. "Have you [Founder Shantanu Deshpande] personally instructed your marketing team to keep spamming all of your customers?" he added.
