B'luru man revives dry pond in 24 hrs, it now holds twice as much water

Gurunandan Rao revived the lake Bikkanahalli Kunte in Bengaluru in 24 hours. He spent seven months meeting the government officials, taking permissions, speaking to residents and working through the process of clearing encroachments. Rao's team then dug out large quantities of silt and removed waste. The pond could now hold twice as much water as before.
