B'luru teen helps 1,600 underprivileged students speak English

Roshni Gupta, 17, launched 'Project Vidya' in 2023 to help over 1,600 underprivileged students speak English. "It was not that they lacked understanding. They just were not used to speaking without fear," she stated. The initiative now works in five countries including India, United Arab Emirates, Rwanda, Kenya and Lesotho. The organisation has around 40 active members.
