Baba Siddique's son Zeeshan joins Ajit Pawar-led NCP after being expelled by Congress

Zeeshan Siddique, who was expelled by Congress in August, joined the NCP faction led by Maharashtra Deputy CM Ajit Pawar ahead of state polls. Zeeshan is the son of senior politician Baba Siddique, who was killed in Mumbai earlier this month. Zeeshan said his father's blood runs in his veins and he'll ensure a big victory margin in Vandre East.
