Babar Azam resigns as Pakistan captain for 2nd time in 10 months

Babar Azam has resigned as Pakistan captain for the second time in over 10 months. Babar was reappointed Pakistan white-ball captain in March after earlier having stepped down as captain in all formats in November last year. "I want to prioritise my performance, enjoy my batting, and spend quality time with my family, which brings me joy," Babar said.
