Babbar Khalsa claims responsibility for blast outside Punjab BJP HQ in Chandigarh

Khalistani terror outfit Babbar Khalsa has claimed responsibility for the blast outside the Punjab Bharatiya Janata Party headquarters in Chandigarh. In a purported post, Sukhjinder Singh Babbar said the attack was in response to alleged targeting of Sikh youth in Punjab and warned of further action. The authenticity of the claim is being verified.
