Babri Masjid not in Ayodhya due to less Muslims; we're 72% in Murshidabad: Humayun
Former TMC MLA Humayun Kabir said the Babri Masjid couldn't be built on the 5-acre land allotted in Ayodhya because it has a low Muslim population, but it can be built in West Bengal's Murshidabad district because it has a "72% Muslim population". BJP spokesperson Pradeep Bhandari called his remarks "state-sanctioned thinking" backed by the TMC and CM Mamata Banerjee.
