Baby born with 3 penises in Iraq; doctors call it 1st reported case in humans

A baby in Iraq was born with three penises, in what doctors have said is the first reported case of the rare anomaly. "Triphallia (three penises) is unreported condition in human until now. Patients with super-numerary penises have unique presentation," doctors said in their study. The boy was brought to the hospital after his parents noticed swelling in his scrotum.
