A baby with two heads was born via C-section in Odisha's Kandhamal on October 10. The newborn, diagnosed with the rare congenital condition dicephalic parapagus, has two heads and necks attached to one body. Born prematurely at 32 weeks, the baby has one pair of arms and legs and is receiving specialised medical care at MKCG Medical College and Hospital.
