Baby delivered from Delhi woman's abdominal cavity instead of uterus in rare occurrence

In a rare occurrence, doctors at a private hospital in Delhi delivered a baby girl who had grown inside abdominal cavity instead of uterus. "In cases where fertilised egg grows inside abdominal cavity...it doesn't survive beyond 4-5 months, but in this case, it was full-term pregnancy," a doctor said. The condition was detected during the woman's seventh month of pregnancy.
