Backlash on 'The Odyssey' casting is irrelevant: Christopher Nolan

Filmmaker Christopher Nolan dismissed criticism against his film 'The Odyssey', calling debates over casting "irrelevant". He said, "These conversations that happen before people see the film, they're always irrelevant, because no one having them knows what the film actually is." He added that he spent 10 years "dealing with Batman" as the public didn't like Heath Ledger in the role.
