Backward classes welfare schemes expand reach across UP

The Uttar Pradesh government has expanded welfare schemes for Backward Classes across the state. Scholarships supported over 12.7 lakh students, while marriage grants helped more than 72,000 daughters. Computer training programmes improved youth skills. All benefits were delivered through DBT, ensuring transparency, wider reach, and inclusive development across the state.
