Bad actors exploited system: Canada's PM Trudeau as he admits 'immigration mistakes'

Canadian PM Justin Trudeau has accepted his government made some mistakes with immigration and said they could have acted faster. "In the last two years, our population has grown really fast, like baby boom, fast and increasingly bad actors like fake colleges and big chain corporations have been exploiting our immigration system for their own interests," he said.
