Bajaj Auto extends ₹455 cr loan to KTM AG to restart operations

Amid the debt restructuring process, Bajaj Auto extended ₹455 crore loan to KTM AG to cover its operating expenses, an exchange filing showed. Bajaj Auto invested ₹1,364 crore last week in Bajaj Auto International Holdings BV, which owns 49.9% of KTM through complex holding structure. Out of this total, ₹455 crore will go to the Duke maker.
