Bakrid murder accused's house declared illegal, faces bulldozer action
The Office of the Sub-Divisional Magistrate has declared the house of Asad, the prime accused in the Ghaziabad murder case, illegal and issued a notice to its occupants. The notice directs them to remove the encroachment within 15 days, warning that failure to comply could invite bulldozer action. Asad had stabbed 17-year-old Surya to death on Bakrid.
