Balcony of flat collapses in Gurugram amid heavy rain, 2 girls narrowly escape

A section of the balcony of a flat collapses in a society in Gurugram's Sector 37D amid heavy rain. Two girls who were going to school narrowly escaped as the debris fell just metres away from them. Videos showed chunks of concrete and plaster scattered across the ground near parked scooters and cars. The flat was on the first floor.
