Balenciaga sues producers of 'BDSM teddy bear' ad campaign for $25 mn after criticism

Luxury fashion brand Balenciaga has filed a $25-million lawsuit against the producers of the 'BDSM teddy bear' ad campaign that was widely criticised. The suit was brought on Friday against production company North Six Inc, set designer Nicholas Des Jardins and his company, court papers showed. Balenciaga had earlier apologised for the ad, saying the campaign was pulled.
