Bali gets only two foreign tourists in first month of reopening its borders

Bali, which allowed international arrivals in October 2021, saw only two foreign visitors arriving for tourism during the month. It saw half a million tourists in October 2019. Entering Bali is more difficult than other destinations as foreign travellers must apply for a visa that requires a local sponsor, hold international health insurance and quarantine for at least 10 days.
