Ban ₹500, higher notes to curb corruption: Andhra CM tells Centre

Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu urged the Centre to ban ₹500 and higher denomination currency notes, saying such a move would help curb corruption and boost transparency in financial transactions. Addressing party cadres at TDP's annual Mahanadu Sabha, Naidu said, "Today from this Sabha I want to once again request, today is the world of digital currency."
