Bangladesh defeat Australia in an ODI at home for 1st time in history

Bangladesh defeated Australia by 86 runs (DLS method) in the rain-curtailed first ODI of the three-match series in Mirpur. It is Bangladesh's first ever victory against Australia in an ODI at home and overall their second ODI victory against Australia. Bangladesh scored 284/8 in 50 overs, while Australia managed 191/9 in 42.2 overs before rain stopped play.
