Bangladesh govt to investigate why Bangladesh failed to participate in T20 World Cup

The Bangladesh government will launch an investigation into why Bangladesh failed to participate in T20 World Cup 2026. Bangladesh Sports Minister Aminul Haque said, "We will try to find out why we didn't go...We have to understand why our sports diplomacy fell short. We'll form an investigation committee...after Eid." The Bangladesh Cricket Board has warned the government against interference.
