Bangladesh's Tamim Iqbal ruled out of NZ tour due to thumb injury

Bangladesh batter Tamim Iqbal has been ruled out of the New Zealand tour due to an injury on his left thumb, which he sustained in October. Bangladesh Cricket Board chief physician Debashish Chowdhury said Tamim has been advised a month's rest after getting injured.
