Bank accounts of monk Chinmoy, 16 others frozen in Bangladesh

Bangladeshi authorities have frozen bank accounts of arrested Hindu monk Chinmoy Das Prabhu and 16 others linked to ISKCON for one month. The move came after Bangladesh HC rejected a petition seeking a ban on ISKCON, following the killing of a lawyer in a clash between the Chinmoy's supporters and security personnel. A sedition case has been filed against Chinmoy.
