Bank holiday announced in UK to mark coronation of King Charles III

UK PM Rishi Sunak has announced a bank holiday on May 8 next year across the country to mark the coronation of King Charles III. The coronation will take place on May 6 next year. A bank holiday was also declared to mark the coronation of the late Queen Elizabeth II in 1953. Sunak called the occasion "historic".
