Bank of Baroda may consider 50% staff working from home: CEO

Bank of Baroda Managing Director and CEO Sanjiv Chadha said "it's possible in the next 4-5 years" that the bank adopts a model where 50% of employees work at branches. He added that digital banking is becoming "routine" and deploying 80% staff at branches might change. Former SBI Chairman Rajnish Kumar had said the lender would deploy the "work-from-anywhere" model.
