Bank of India employee beaten by customer in Guj, video surfaces

An employee of Bank of India was beaten by a customer in Gujarat's Nadiad on February 3, reportedly over the issue of a bank loan, a video of which surfaced. "He slapped me...and even kicked me. When the other staff tried to intervene, his friend...kicked me," the employee said in his complaint. A case was filed under the SC/ST Act.
