Bank's DM removes customers' gold worth ₹3.5 crore from lockers for gambling in Bengaluru
A deputy manager of a bank in Bengaluru removed customers' gold worth over ₹3.5 crore from lockers and mortgaged it, police said on Saturday. Police further said that the accused spent the money on online gambling, adding that they are trying to recover the gold. The DM was arrested after the bank's chief manager filed a complaint on February 5.
