Bankers not masters of universe, shouldn't be arrogant: Uday Kotak

Kotak Mahindra Bank Founder Uday Kotak said bankers "are not the masters of the universe" and "should never have arrogance". "They are serving customers...Therefore, simplicity, prudence and humility are three qualities which every person in banking and finance must always have," Kotak stated. He further advised bankers to make no complex products.
