Bankex Put options suddenly jump 16,500%, may have turned ₹1 lakh into ₹25 lakh in 5 minutes

The 65,000 Put option contract for Bankex jumped 16,500% from ₹6 to ₹1,000 within minutes on Thursday, with traders blaming CAS. Bankex closed 1.67% lower at 64,313, compared to Bank Nifty's 0.5% dip. An X user claimed that ₹1 lakh invested in the Put option contracts at 3:20 pm could've become ₹25 lakh by 3:25 pm, which is theoretically possible.
