Banners urging voters to opt for NOTA put up in Pune, case filed
Pune's Vishrambaug Police have filed a case against unidentified people for allegedly putting up banners urging Brahmin voters to choose the NOTA (None of the Above) option in the upcoming by-polls. "We've decided to teach a lesson...We're going to press NOTA," a banner stated. Notably, BJP has fielded Hemant Rasane, a veteran party corporator, from the Kasba Peth constituency.
