Bartronics India forms new WOS BIL Healthtech Pvt Ltd

Bartronics India Limited announced the incorporation of its wholly-owned subsidiary BIL Healthtech Private Limited on December 09, 2025, following its September 23, 2025 intimation under Regulation 30. The WOS has an authorised capital of ₹10,00,000 and paid-up capital of ₹1,00,000, fully acquired for cash, to expand health tech and IT-related services.
