Baseless: Indian-origin Ruby Dhalla on claims of Indian govt interfering in her Canada PM race

Indian-origin Ruby Dhalla, who is in the race to become the Leader of Liberal Party and Canada's next PM, has denied media reports alleging that India's PM Narendra Modi-led government is interfering in her campaign. "These allegations are baseless," she added. As per a CBC report, Dhalla apparently helped PM Modi's "Bharatiya Janata Party in state legislature elections in 2017".
