Baseless news: Prayagraj DM as he says vehicles not restricted till Feb 4

Prayagraj DM Ravindra Kumar Mandar has denied news reports that claimed entry of vehicles will be restricted till February 4 in the city. "This news is completely baseless...Only on February 2 and 3, on the snan of Vasant Panchami, the scheme of divergence will be implemented," he added. He said there are no restrictions on vehicles in the Commissionerate area.
