BBC to layoff 2,000 staff to save hundreds of millions: Report

UK's BBC is set to cut hundreds ​of jobs across its ‌core news division next week in the first phase of ​its downsizing, FT reported. The layoff, which will impact 2,000 employees, is reportedly aimed at saving hundreds of millions.
