BBMP extends deadline of welfare schemes to October 31

The Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) has extended the last date to apply for various welfare programmes under the municipal corporation to October 31. Earlier, it extended the deadline from September 19 to October 19. The welfare schemes include ₹5 lakh housing subsidy, free laptops for undergraduate and postgraduate students, smart sticks for blind persons, etc.
