BCCI issues 48-hour show-cause notice to RR manager Romi Bhinder over using phone in dugout

BCCI's anti-corruption unit has issued show-cause notice to RR manager Romi Bhinder over using a smartphone in dugout during their IPL 2026 match against RCB. The BCCI has sought a reply from Bhinder in 48 hours. Players and team officials are restricted from using mobile phones in Players and Match Officials Areas (PMOAs) to prevent potentially corrupt transfer of information.
