BCCI plans to start women's IPL by 2023: Board President Ganguly

BCCI is planning to start women's IPL by 2023 after the approval in AGM (Annual General Meeting), board President Sourav Ganguly said on Friday. Inaugural edition will have five or six teams. "There'll be four matches involving three teams around...IPL play-offs," said IPL Chairman Brijesh Patel. All existing 10 men's franchises will be given first preference to buy women's teams.
