BCCL starts commercial operations at Bhojudih Washery

BCCL commenced commercial operations at its 2.0 MTPA Bhojudih Coal Washery from May 26, 2026. The washery has been developed under the Build-Operate-Maintain (BOM) model and uses Heavy Media Cyclone, Spiral Concentrator and Froth Flotation technologies. The facility will support beneficiation and supply of washed coking coal to the steel sector.
