BDA may extend application deadline for residential sites in KSKL

The BDA is considering a 15-day extension for applications for residential sites in Dr K Shivaram Karanth Layout, Bengaluru. More than 2,700 application forms have been downloaded, but only around 1,100 have been submitted. Confusion over domicile certificate requirements and high deposit amounts are reportedly discouraging applicants. The BDA is expected to decide on the extension at a meeting.
