BDA may extend Shivaram Karanth Layout deadline to Nov 15

The BDA is considering extending the application deadline for sites in Dr K Shivaram Karanth Layout to November 15. Around 5,700 applicants collected challans, but only 1,700 paid the initial deposit and completed the process. The proposed extension would give applicants more time to complete payments.
