BDA opens applications for Karanth Layout plots in Bengaluru

The BDA has opened applications for 2,815 plots in Bengaluru's Dr K Shivaram Karanth Layout. Sites are priced at ₹6,000 per sq. ft., with the smallest 1,162 sq. ft. plots costing ₹69.75 lakh. Applicants must meet eligibility criteria, including being at least 18 years old and having lived in Karnataka for a minimum of 15 years.
