BDA to hand over 8 layouts to city corporations under GBA

The Urban Development Department has ordered the transfer of eight BDA-developed layouts, including Banashankari 6th Stage, JP Nagar phases, Anjanapura Township and Sir M Visvesvaraya Layout, to city corporations under GBA. A joint site inspection is mandatory before handover. Corporations can collect taxes, while BDA must share infrastructure development costs.
