BDO suffers serious head injury in stone-pelting during Bihar NEET protest

Block Development Officer Ritesh Kumar Singh suffered a serious head injury in stone-pelting during NEET protest in Bihar's Chhapra. He was trying to control the situation when the incident occurred. He suffered damage in skull and was shifted to Patna where a surgery was performed. Ritesh, who became unconscious after being hit by stone, is reportedly stable.
