Adventurer Bear Grylls took to Instagram to talk about a parachuting accident. "People sometimes ask me if my back ever hurts...The answer is every day," he wrote while sharing a picture of him undergoing ice treatment. Grylls was skydiving in Zambia in 1996 when his parachute failed to inflate, causing him to land on his back.
